Orders

How do I place an order?+

Add items to your cart, hit checkout, fill in shipping + payment, and you're done. You'll get an email confirmation with your order number.

Can I pick up my order in person?+

Yes, but pickup is arranged by direct email with us at admin@snowpointcollectibles.com — it's not a self-serve option at checkout. Reply to your order confirmation and we'll coordinate Sydney or KL pickup.

Can I edit my order after placing it?+

If your order hasn't shipped yet, email admin@snowpointcollectibles.com with your order number and the change. We can usually swap addresses, combine orders, or add items if you catch us within a few hours.

Do I need an account to order?+

No — guest checkout works. But if you create one, you get order history, saved addresses, wishlist, and 24h-early access to new drops.

Shipping

Where do you ship from?+

Every order ships from our Sydney HQ via Australia Post. (Our Malaysia HQ is temporarily paused while we change address — international shipping will resume once we're set up at the new location.)

Where do you ship to?+

Australia only, for the moment. Standard, Express, and metro Courier services are all available at checkout, with live AusPost rates by postcode.

How fast will my order arrive?+

Australia Post Standard is 3–7 business days. Express Post is 1–3. Metro Courier is same/next business day in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, and Perth. We pack and ship within 24 business hours of order.

Is shipping insured?+

Yes. Every order is fully insured at declared value, end-to-end tracked, and signed-for on delivery.

Do you ship internationally?+

Not at the moment. International shipping (including to Malaysia, where our second HQ is moving address) is temporarily paused. If you need a card delivered outside Australia and can't wait, email admin@snowpointcollectibles.com — we'll let you know when service resumes.

Authenticity & Grading

Are all your cards authentic?+

Yes, 100%. Every raw card is hand-inspected; every slab is verified against PSA / BGS / CGC pop reports before listing. If you ever doubt a card, return it for a full refund.

Do you grade cards for customers?+

We don't operate a grading desk on-site, but we can submit cards on your behalf to PSA via group submissions. Email us to discuss timelines and fees.

Can I see additional photos before buying?+

Absolutely. Email admin@snowpointcollectibles.com with the product link and we'll send detailed front/back/edge shots within 24 hours.

Returns

What's your return policy?+

14 days for mis-described, damaged-in-transit, or inauthentic items. Buyer's remorse on graded slabs and opened sealed product is not accepted. Full policy on the Returns page.

How do I start a return?+

Email admin@snowpointcollectibles.com with your order number + photos within 14 days of delivery. We respond within 1 business day with a return label.

Account & Membership

What do I get by creating an account?+

Order history, saved shipping addresses, a wishlist, currency preference, and 24h-early access to new drops + restocks before they go public.

Is the newsletter the same as a Snowpoint Member?+

Yes — opting into marketing on signup makes you a Member. Toggle it off any time from your profile.

How do I delete my account?+

Email admin@snowpointcollectibles.com from your account email and we'll remove your data within 30 days, in line with AU + MY privacy law.
