Eligibility for refund
You may request a refund within 14 days of delivery if:
- The card differs materially from the listing (condition, edition, language, grade).
- The package was damaged in transit (photos required within 48 hours).
- The card is determined inauthentic by a recognized grader.
- Your order was lost in transit and the carrier confirms loss.
Not eligible
- Buyer's remorse on graded slabs (grades + cert numbers are listed up front).
- Sealed product opened by the buyer.
- Returns requested more than 14 days after delivery.
- Cards damaged after delivery (handling, transport, storage).
Refund process
- Email admin@snowpointcollectibles.com with your order number, reason, and photos.
- We respond within 1 business day with a return label.
- Ship the card back in original packaging, fully insured at declared value.
- Once received and inspected, your refund is processed within 3 business days.
- Refunds are issued back to the original payment method. Bank settlement may take 3–10 additional business days depending on your card issuer.
Shipping costs on returns
- Our error (mis-described, damaged, inauthentic): we cover return shipping in full.
- Buyer change of mind (case-by-case, not generally accepted): buyer pays return shipping if approved.
Statutory rights
This policy operates in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and Malaysian Consumer Protection Act 1999. Nothing here limits your statutory rights to a refund, repair, or replacement for a major failure.
