Returns & refunds
Every Snowpoint card is photographed and described accurately. If something arrives that doesn't match the listing, we'll make it right.
What we accept
- →Mis-described cards— condition, edition, language, or grade doesn't match what was listed.
- →Damaged in transit — packaging compromised or card damaged on arrival (photos required within 48 hours).
- →Authenticity disputes — full refund + return shipping if a card is proven inauthentic.
What we don't accept
- →Buyer's remorse on graded slabs (we list grades + cert numbers up front).
- →Sealed product opened by the buyer.
- →Returns requested more than 14 days after delivery.
How to start a return
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery with order # + photos.
- We'll respond within 1 business day with a return label.
- Ship the card back in its original packaging, fully insured at declared value.
- Refund issued within 3 business days of receipt + inspection.
