Returns & refunds

Every Snowpoint card is photographed and described accurately. If something arrives that doesn't match the listing, we'll make it right.

What we accept

  • Mis-described cards— condition, edition, language, or grade doesn't match what was listed.
  • Damaged in transit — packaging compromised or card damaged on arrival (photos required within 48 hours).
  • Authenticity disputes — full refund + return shipping if a card is proven inauthentic.

What we don't accept

  • Buyer's remorse on graded slabs (we list grades + cert numbers up front).
  • Sealed product opened by the buyer.
  • Returns requested more than 14 days after delivery.

How to start a return

    1. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with order # + photos.
    2. We'll respond within 1 business day with a return label.
    3. Ship the card back in its original packaging, fully insured at declared value.
    4. Refund issued within 3 business days of receipt + inspection.
