1. The agreement
These terms govern your use of snowpoint.shop and any purchase you make from us.Snowpoint Collectibles is the trading entity, contactable at admin@snowpointcollectibles.com.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a legal guardian, to place an order. By checking out, you confirm this is true.
3. Pricing and currency
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). The Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) display is a courtesy conversion and may differ slightly from the final card-issuer rate. Final billing is in AUD via the chosen payment processor.
4. Stock and availability
Listed inventory is subject to availability. In the rare case a card is sold out between you placing an order and our packing it, we'll refund in full and offer you a comparable substitute.
5. Authenticity guarantee
We guarantee every card sold is authentic. If a third-party grader (PSA / BGS / CGC) determines a card we sold is inauthentic, we'll refund the purchase price plus return shipping.
6. Pickup
In-person pickup at our Sydney or Kuala Lumpur HQ is available by direct email arrangement only — it is not a self-serve checkout option. Contact admin@snowpointcollectibles.com after placing your order to coordinate.
7. Returns
Our refund policy is described in detail at /legal/refunds. In summary: 14 days from delivery for mis-described, damaged, or inauthentic items. Buyer's remorse and opened sealed product are not accepted.
8. Payment
We accept payment via Stripe, PayPal, and Square. Funds are processed by the chosen gateway and are subject to that gateway's terms. We do not store card numbers.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the site to commit fraud, money laundering, or any illegal activity.
- Scrape inventory at scale without written permission.
- Resell graded slabs you obtained from us with intent to misrepresent provenance.
- Abuse, harass, or impersonate any Snowpoint staff member.
10. Limitation of liability
Our liability is capped at the value of the order you placed. We're not liable for indirect, consequential, or speculative damages. This does not limit any rights you have under AU Consumer Law or MY Consumer Protection Act 1999.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Sydney, except where AU + MY consumer law provides otherwise.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after we publish changes constitutes acceptance.
